we aim to provide a transparent and reliable travel bidding experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing a bid or confirming any booking.

1. General Policy

Bid My Trip acts as a facilitator between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa consultants, etc.). Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

2. Bids & Service Requests

  • Submitting a bid or trip request is free.
  • Once you accept an offer and make a payment, the booking process begins and refund eligibility depends on the service provider’s rules.

3. Flights

  • Flight refunds are governed by airline fare rules.
  • Some tickets may be non‑refundable, while others may allow refunds with deductions.
  • Any airline penalties, taxes, or service charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Bid My Trip service fees are non‑refundable.

4. Hotels

  • Hotel refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Non‑refundable or last‑minute bookings are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a refund is approved by the hotel, it will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

5. Tours, Activities & Cruises

  • Refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s cancellation terms.
  • Some activities and cruises may be partially refundable or non‑refundable once confirmed.

6. Transfers & Train Passes

  • Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies and cancellation timelines.
  • Missed services due to customer delay or no‑show are non‑refundable.

7. Visas

  • Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are non‑refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
  • Refunds are not possible once visa processing has started.

8. Cancellations by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via your Bid My Trip dashboard or official support channels.
  • Refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed after confirmation from the service provider.

9. Cancellations by Supplier

  • In rare cases where a service is canceled by the supplier, eligible refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s policy.
  • Bid My Trip is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, hotels, or third parties.

10. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds may take 7–21 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on banks and service providers.

  • Convenience fees
  • Processing charges
  • Any service clearly marked as non‑refundable

12. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 7 days of service cancellation or issue occurrence.
