1. General Policy
Bid My Trip acts as a facilitator between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa consultants, etc.). Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
2. Bids & Service Requests
- Submitting a bid or trip request is free.
- Once you accept an offer and make a payment, the booking process begins and refund eligibility depends on the service provider’s rules.
3. Flights
- Flight refunds are governed by airline fare rules.
- Some tickets may be non‑refundable, while others may allow refunds with deductions.
- Any airline penalties, taxes, or service charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Bid My Trip service fees are non‑refundable.
4. Hotels
- Hotel refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Non‑refundable or last‑minute bookings are not eligible for refunds.
- If a refund is approved by the hotel, it will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
5. Tours, Activities & Cruises
- Refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s cancellation terms.
- Some activities and cruises may be partially refundable or non‑refundable once confirmed.
6. Transfers & Train Passes
- Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies and cancellation timelines.
- Missed services due to customer delay or no‑show are non‑refundable.
7. Visas
- Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are non‑refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
- Refunds are not possible once visa processing has started.
8. Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via your Bid My Trip dashboard or official support channels.
- Refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed after confirmation from the service provider.
9. Cancellations by Supplier
- In rare cases where a service is canceled by the supplier, eligible refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s policy.
- Bid My Trip is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, hotels, or third parties.
10. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take 7–21 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on banks and service providers.

12. Disputes
