Welcome to Bid My Trip. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

User Accounts

  To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Models

Bid My Trip offers two types of services:
  1. Forms (Customized Service Requests)
    • * Customers fill out detailed forms to request personalized travel services, including:
      • – Flights
      • – Hotels
      • – Tours & Activities
      • – Cruise
      • – Transfers
      • – Train Passes
      • – Visa assistance
    • * Our team reviews each request and provides a tailored itinerary with a proposed price. The customer may accept the offer or negotiate using the “Counter Offer” option. A booking becomes confirmed only after mutual agreement between the customer and Bid My Trip and full payment has been received.
    • * Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are governed by the service-specific policies described below.
  2. Live Bidding (Negotiable Deals)
    • * Customers can submit their offered price for pre-packaged deals using the “Place a Bid” feature.
    • * Each bid is reviewed by our team, who may match, beat, or counter the bid.
    • * Customers can accept, reject, or counter-offer.
    • * Negotiation continues until a final price is mutually agreed, after which payment confirms the deal.
    • * Prices may change during the negotiation process due to availability, deal timer limit or other factors.
    • * Confirmed deals are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
    • * Live Bidding is not a traditional auction; it is a negotiation system to reach a mutually agreed price.

Service-Specific Policies

🚢 Cruise
  • – Forms:
    • * Rates are subject to availability and pricing factors.
    • * Final confirmation will be provided only after review by the Bid My Trip team.
    • * Refunds and changes follow the cruise line and Bid My Trip policy.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * Rates are non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation or voucher issuance.
    • * Price is per person, based on the cabin/room type and occupancy mentioned.
    • * Passengers must arrive at the port on time for boarding. In case of no-show or late arrival, no refund (full or partial) will be provided.
    • * Passengers must comply with all cruise line rules, safety instructions, and local laws while onboard or during sailing and ground excursions.
    • * Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, transit visas, permits, and travel documents in accordance with the cruise itinerary and destinations.
    • * Passengers are advised to check visa and immigration requirements with the relevant embassies, consulates, or official authorities before travel.
    • * Failure to obtain valid visas or required travel documents may result in denied boarding, refusal of entry, or trip interruption, for which no refund (full or partial) will be provided.
    • * Misbehavior may result in denial of boarding, removal from the ship, or penalties, at the passenger’s expense.
✈️ Flights
  • – Forms:
    • * Prices and availability are confirmed after request review.
    • * Refunds and changes follow airline rules and cancellation policy.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    • * Prices may change without prior notice due to airline policies and seat availability.
    • * Displayed fares include base fare and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
    • * Fares do not guarantee seat availability until the ticket is issued.
    • * Flight schedules and aircraft type are subject to change by the airline.
    • * Seat selection, meals, and extra baggage may be available at an additional cost.
    • * Baggage allowance is as per the selected airline and fare rules.
    • * Verify baggage allowance before booking.
    • * Confirmed flight tickets are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
    • * Name changes are not permitted on most airline tickets once issued.
    • * For more details please refer to our Name Correction & Change Policy.
  • – Flights Name Correction & Change Policy:
    • * Minor spelling corrections may be allowed subject to airline approval and applicable fees.
    • * Full name changes or transfer of ticket to another passenger are strictly not permitted.
    • * Passengers are responsible for providing their full name exactly as per passport at the time of booking.
    • * If a ticket needs to be reissued due to incorrect name entry, applicable fare differences, airline penalties, and service charges will apply.
🏨 Hotels
  • – Forms:
    • * Price and availability are confirmed after request review.
    • * Refunds or changes follow hotel policy and cancellation terms.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * The price mentioned is per night, applicable to the room type and occupancy mentioned.
    • * Booking period is as per the dates mentioned.
    • * Check-in and check-out are as per the hotel’s policy.
🚆 Rail Passes / Train Tickets
  • – Forms:
    • * Prices confirmed after request review.
    • * Refunds, exchanges, or transfers depend on the rail authority policy.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * Price is based on Per Person basis.
    • * Once issued, passes and tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise
    • * Passengers must comply with local laws, railway rules, and travel regulations of each country visited.
    • * Passengers must carry valid travel documents and identification at all times while using the pass.
    • * Any misuse of the pass or ticket may result in penalties imposed by railway authorities.
    • * Rail passes and tickets do not include or guarantee seat reservations unless seats are pre-booked and confirmed.
    • * Rail passes do not include seats, point-to-point train tickets may include seat reservations unless otherwise specified.
    • * Rail passes and train tickets are subject to the rules, regulations, and conditions set by the issuing rail authority and participating railway operators.
🎟️ Tours & Activities
  • – Forms:
    • * Price and availability are confirmed after request review.
    • * Refunds, cancellations, and modifications follow operator and Bid My Trip policy.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * The activity/excursion is based on non-refundable and non-changeable rates after confirmation or voucher issuance.
    • * Price is based on Per Person basis.
    • * Tours and excursions are subject to availability, weather conditions, operational requirements, and minimum participant numbers.
    • * The tour operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • * Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health, physical, visa, or documentation requirements for the activity.
🚗 Transfers / Ziarats
  • – Forms:
    • * Prices and vehicle types confirmed after request review.
    • * Refunds, cancellations, and modifications follow operator and Bid My Trip policy.
  • – Live Bidding:
    • * All Private Transfer and Ziarat services are based on non-refundable and non-changeable rates after confirmation or voucher issuance.
    • * Vehicle type provided will be as per booking, or a similar category if the exact model is unavailable.
    • * Vehicles are provided in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
    • * Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
    • * Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
    • * Bid My Trip reserves the right to change the vehicle due to operational or maintenance reasons.
    • * Bid My Trip, along with its business partners and service providers, shall not be held responsible for any verbal or unofficial agreements made between the client and the driver outside the confirmed booking terms.
    • * Bid My Trip is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
    • * Any additional time will be charged.
    • * No-Show will be declared if the driver waits beyond the allowed time: 45 minutes for arrival transfers, 15 minutes for departure transfers, and 15 minutes for Private Ziarat pickups.
    • * Additional stops, route changes, or extended usage are not allowed outside the confirmed booking.
  • – Transfers / Ziarats: Passenger and Luggage Policy:-
    • Transfers:
      • * Passenger and luggage capacity are subject to the selected vehicle type.
      • * Overloading beyond vehicle capacity is not allowed for safety reasons.
      • * Extra luggage or additional passengers may require a vehicle upgrade at an extra costPassengers are responsible for providing their full name exactly as per passport at the time of booking.
    • Ziarats:
      • * Private Ziarat services do not allow any luggage or additional passengers beyond the stated capacity.
🛂 Visas
  • – Forms & Live Bidding:
    • * Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
    • * Bid My Trip service charges are non refundable once the process has started.
    • * Applicants must provide true, accurate, and valid documents.
    • * Any errors or falsification may lead to visa rejection, for which Bid My Trip is not responsible.
    • * Bid My Trip has no control over embassy fees, processing timelines, or final visa decisions.
    • * Bid My Trip provides assistance, guidance, and documentation support only.
    • * Bid My Trip do not influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application.
    • * Bid My Trip is not responsible for processing time delays caused by the Embassy, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments and Refunds

  All payments must be made through our secure platform. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided with your itinerary. Please review these terms before confirming your booking.

User Conduct

  You agree to use our platform lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Privacy

  Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
